Why Do a Grow West Internship

A Grow West internship is more than just a summer job, it’s a hands-on opportunity to explore a career in agriculture, gain real-world experience, and build valuable skills that will serve you well in any professional path.

Whether you’re in the field, working alongside PCAs, or supporting marketing and operations teams, interns are trusted with meaningful work that contributes directly to Grow West’s success. You’ll learn how to problem-solve, communicate with a team, and adapt in a fast-paced environment, all while developing technical knowledge that’s hard to gain in the classroom alone.

Internships at Grow West also give students the opportunity to determine if a career in agriculture is the right fit for them. It’s an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in areas such as crop advising, ag technology, sales, or marketing, while learning from experienced mentors who are invested in your success. Many past interns go on to join the Grow West team full-time after graduation, turning their internships into lasting careers.
